Advocates for Justice and Education, Inc. (AJE) is partnering with The HSC Pediatric Center to help transition-aged youth and young adults with disabilities and chronic illnesses through the Life Enrichment Awards Program (LEAP)! LEAP provides goods and services that are directly linked to youth transition planning and implementation.
