Sports and athletic activities—from communities and schools to the professional leagues—provide a great deal of vicarious pleasure for fans. Whether they are soccer moms, Monday morning quarterbacks or the rapidly growing participants in fantasy sports, Everyone enjoys the excitement of the game, the skills of the participants and the challenge of anticipating the outcome.

The fun gets personal when you can join in. Many people with disabilities find sports and other leisure activities where their disabilities are irrelevant and for a while, the "playing field" is truly level. But there are also a vast number of activities where ingenious equipment and other adaptations enable people with disabilities to enjoy an outlet for energy, exercise, skill-building and accomplishment. Explore your limits!
