Dreams For Kids DC (DFKDC) has set up an adaptive virtual yoga clinic for youth, ages 4-24, with physical and developmental disabilities. This clinic will be led by Moya, a DFKDC volunteer and past staff member, and feature valuable exercises and stretches.

No prior yoga experience is needed. Modifications will be provided for all abilities. Dress casually in athletic clothing and make sure you have water and a towel readily available.

We also invite participants' siblings, friends, and volunteers to attend as well!
