LOFT is a four-day sleep-away program designed for students to develop or strengthen skills in individual leadership, teamwork, group dynamics, communication, and self-advocacy.

Communication Access Real-time Translation (CART) and a sound field system are provided during classroom sessions. LOFT counselors are AG Bell members who are adults living with hearing loss.
