Call for Applications: BroadFutures' Virtual Summer 2021 Strengths Program

BroadFutures serves young people:
Who identify as having a learning or attention issue
Who have a high school diploma or beyond (college or community college)

Are you a neurodiverse learner? Do you want to work on your college and career readiness skills? Our virtual Summer Strengths Program is for you.

All curriculum is delivered in an interactive and innovative format that implements strategies for neurodiverse learners with the integration of arts, collaborative projects, and the inclusion of mindfulness and yoga techniques.

Participants complete the program with the tools, strategies and communication skills to navigate remote learning and the virtual workspace.

Participants also learn how to search for jobs, network and interview.

Participants leave the program with a resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile.

Most importantly, participants learn how to effectively disclose their disability or learning style and ask for the supports needed to be successful in school and the workplace.

5 weeks:
June 21st - July 23rd
Monday - Thursday
10:00 am - 1:00 pm (ET)

Cost:
$ 2,900
Scholarships are available based on need.
