The Jenny Hatch Justice Project of Quality Trust for Individuals with Disabilities (JHJP) provides free legal services to low-income District residents with disabilities who have questions about their rights to make decisions or who are facing or are in overly restrictive guardianships. We are generously funded by the D.C. Bar Foundation to help serve the community.

Please join us for our webinar on supported decision-making! In this webinar, you will learn practical information about alternatives to guardianship and tools to support a person with a disability to make his or her own life decisions about education, housing, medical care, and other important life events.

Presenters: Morgan Whitlatch (Quality Trust Legal Director), Holly Ceasar (JHJP Staff Attorney), and Rhonda White (Family Ties of DC Program Coordinator).

Registration is required.
