Yoga Clinic | Friday, June 5 | 9:30 am - 10:30 am (ET) | Online via Zoom
Join Dreams For Kids DC and DFKDC Volunteer Adina Crawford for a refreshing online yoga clinic. This clinic for youth ages 4-24 with physical and developmental disabilities will focus on body awareness, balance and stability, breathing, flexibility, functional movement, strength, and more! Fitness Clinic | Saturday, June 13 | 11:30 am - 12:30 pm (ET) | Online via Zoom
Join Dreams For Kids DC and fitness gurus Jessica and Anthony Armstrong (retired NFL) for an energetic online fitness clinic. This clinic for youth ages 4-24 with physical and developmental disabilities will feature valuable exercises, stretches, and more. Art Clinic | Friday, June 19 | 9:30 am - 10:30 am (ET) | Online via Zoom
Join Dreams For Kids DC and our special guest artist Jacqueline for a creative morning of drawing penguins. This clinic for youth ages 4-24 with physical and developmental disabilities will focus on basic drawing skills. No previous drawing experience is necessary. All you need is a pencil, eraser, colored pencils/markers/crayons, and paper.
