DC Health Link Issues Coronavirus (COVID-19) Benefits Update

Monday, March 16 - Tuesday, March 31, 2020

Sponsored by: DC Health Link

Dear DC Health Link Customers,

We have been working closely with health insurance companies covering DC Health Link enrollees. Here is a summary of different ways health plans are proactively responding to COVID-19. The summary information is current as of March 12, 2020. DC Health Link health plans are continuing to update information about COVID-19 on their websites. The summary chart is not a complete list of all your benefits related to COVID-19. Please check plan websites for updates and for additional information on plan benefits and how your benefits work for COVID-19-related services.

Office Status: As part of the continued effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 infections in DC and the region, we will operate virtually under a mandatory telework order from Monday, March 16, 2020 to Tuesday, March 31, 2020. Our entire team will continue to provide you with the services you receive now. We have cancelled all in-person activities, e.g. outreach events.

We will continue to provide you with updates. For the latest information about DC Health Link individual and small group health insurance, please visit www.DCHealthLink.com. For federal guidance, visit the CDC and for local updates for District residents and businesses, visit coronavirus.dc.gov.

Thank you,
Mila Kofman
