Kennedy Center Sensory-Friendly Performance: Girl Power! Celebrating Women in Music

Bring the whole family (ages 5+) and experience the exciting, engaging, and enriching world of symphonic music. Marking 100 years since the 19th Amendment gave women the right to vote, Girl Power! will feature Jennifer Higdon's Amazing Grace, Pinar Toprak's Theme from Captain Marvel, and much more! Come early for a Musical Instrument "Petting Zoo" starting one hour before the performance. Hands-on activities let children get up close with the instruments they'll see played on the stage.

All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
