Call for Participants: Lifeline Partnership's Cooking and Exercise Classes (ENROLLMENT DEADLINE EXTENDED)

Join Lifeline Partnership this fall for its Building a Healthy Body Cooking or Exercise classes for people with developmental disabilities.

Healthy Cooking Class (12 sessions): Students will learn about healthy eating habits, cook meals together and eat what they have made.

Healthy Exercise Class (12 sessions): Students will participate in yoga, low impact aerobics, and chair exercises and learn how to incorporate movement into their daily lives. Finish with a healthy snack.

Starting: Saturday, November 17, 2018 (All classes meet on Saturdays.)

Location: First Trinity Lutheran Church, 501 4th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001

Enrollment is first come, first served. Classes are limited to 12 participants each..
