KEEN Day is a full day of activities for children with special needs and their families, featuring performances, movies, storytelling, and more! Countries represented include Bulgaria, Ireland, and the United States.

Throughout the day there will also be crafts, a caricaturist, and face painting – and you’re invited to wear your Halloween costume!

This fun-filled day is a free event for your whole family and exclusively for DC and Baltimore-area families of children with special needs.
