The Voter Access Forum gives us an opportunity to engage with members of the disability rights community, discuss accessible polling sites and independent voting. The forum also creates a platform for language access advocates to discuss challenges facing voters with language barriers, proper translation procedures and practices. There will also be an interactive demonstration of our voting technology, and other auxiliary aids.

We are excited about this important event, because at the heart of any inclusive community is the active engagement of its citizens. If you are able to attend the forum please RSVP by using the eventbrite link below or emailing the ADA Coordinator, Terrica Jennings at tjennings@dcboe.org.
