The Assistive Technology Program for the District of the Columbia (ATPDC) solicits your input about your assistive technology needs in the District of Columbia. We hope you will take a few minutes to complete the survey, which lets us know what assistive technology devices and services are of most importance to you.

Please complete this survey online by March 21, 2018.
