'Embrace Our World' Autism 101 for Family Members' and Caregivers' Workshop

Autism 101 for Caregivers and Family members is a transparent overview of autism, its impact on the family and necessary steps that caregivers and families must take on their journey of caring for a loved one with ASD. Participants will participate in interactive learning activities and leave with a tangible guide for supporting their child and family!

Presenter: Abila Tazanu, M.D.is a pediatrician, mother of three children with autism, founder and executive director of the One World Center for Autism. She has greater than 20 years of experience caring for children with special needs.

*Child-care is available on a 1st-come, 1st-serve basis. Cost $15 for 1st child and $7 for each additional child. Please check-in 15 minutes prior to the workshop. Childcare location 7401 Forbes Blvd Suite A , 20706. Workshop is around the corner at the address above!
